Loyiso Toni holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Management and Leadership respectively. Mr Toni is a Specialist under the Authentication Services at SAQA with more than 15 years’ working experience in evaluation of foreign qualifications. He specializes in evaluation of qualifications from Russia, China, Germany, France to name a few. Mr Toni played an advisory role on how qualifications from China are evaluated and compared which was useful in the composition of the agreement on the Mutual Recognition of qualifications between South Africa and the People’s Republic of China, signed in 2018.
